It is an important book written by a well-known personality Professor Muhammad Arif. He has many other books on his credit including The Philosophy of Freedom, The Heart Of Islam, and Allama Mohammad Iqbal: Theory And Practice.
He is an intellectual, philosopher, and political scientist. He completed his Ph.D. from England and served as Vice-Chancellor at the University of Peshawar. He was also a candidate for the 8th general elections held in 2013.
